A CONSTANT EVOLUTION FROM 1950 TO TODAY'S PARTNERSHIP
The ambition of Bianchi Industry is the high quality of the product served in cup combined with a subtle blend of technology and design of the machines belonging to the two principal market segments: Vending, pride of the production; Ho.Re.Ca. that is a miz of succesfull synergies. The history intersects itself and the two branches of the Company, Vending and Ho.Re.Ca., today find a common conducting thread in their historical patrimony: the traditions and the culture of the coffee inherited by the founder of Faema, Cavaliere Carlo Ernesto Valente. And so toady the Group enters, to full title, also the Ho.Re.Ca. market with professional coffee machines. 2008 as the conclusion of a development and internationalization process of Bianchi Vending Group, ABN AMRO Capital S.p.A., that already had the majority share (60% of the capital stock), in January this year acquired the remaining 40% becoming in this way the sole share holder of the Group. 2007 entered the Ho.Re.Ca market with the acquisiton of GEM-FUTUREMA that produces espresso coffee machines with professional barman performances. GEM-FUTUREMA was constituted in 1975, with the experience of three generations that have operated since 1946 in the technologies and development of the espresso extraction. 2006 the new plant Bianchi Vending in Pescara has been built where the entire cold vending machines range is produced. 2005 partnership with ABN AMRO Capital (leading investor). 2002 merger in Bianchi Vending Group of Nuova Bianchi S.p.a. and Tecnomet Italia S.p.A., company established in 1990 and specialised in the production of cold range vending machines. 2001-2005 partnership with GE Capital (20% Capital share). 1998 the first of thirteen branches, located all over the world, was set up in Argentina in partnership with local entrepreneurs under the trademark Union Vending. 1998 the Bianchi Vending factory in Latina was rebuilt to be able to provide 85% of primary components for Group production. 1992 the re-launching phase of the company started. Nuova Bianchi becomes the core business. 1976 Nuova Bianchi purchased from Faema all the automatic vending activities as well as the trademark itself. 1963 expanded its business producing its first Bianchi vending machines and developing all the related activities 1959 started it’s activity selling vending machines made in the U.S.A. on the Italian market. |
