An electronic machine with programmable dosing available as for the other versions, with one, two or three groups, that doesn’t give up anything of the traditional models but rather adds the convenience in use of the handy coffee capsules. It is only up to you to decide when to emanate that aroma that Sofia knows how to make unique everywhere.
This model works with plastic capsules offering all the taste of the traditional models of Sofia. Even if the mechanics have been developed for the use to capsules, in fact, the heart of the machine remains identical, with all the patents already tested by Bianchi. FAP Automatic is born for preserving the quality of the beverage dispensed, but with the intent to resolve the demand of many operators not to work directly in contact with the coffee powder. Here she is unveiled: automatic cleaning cycle of the groups; electric heating, double range gauge for the control of the boiler and pump pressure; ample cup-warmer shelf. The built-in rotary pump, the electronic management of the operation anomalies and an alphanumeric display for the dispensed coffee and litres count are available as standard.
