In this version therefore all the technique achieved by Bianchi in the extraction of espresso is presented.
This version of the Sofia range makes of the integrated push button dispensing system her strength. Through just one practical switch she allows the dispensing of the coffee in a semiautomatic way. The brewing, smooth and full-bodied, does not renounce neither to the ability of the operator, nor to the possibility to obtain a good coffee thanks to the aid of the prodigy that Sofia represents for this sector.
Also for her, standard electronic auto-level, electric heating element, double gauge for the monitoring of the boiler and pump pressure; built-in rotary pump; hot water tap and steam tap with chrome spouts in the single group version, while the two taps in the two and three group versions, are enhanced by the sturdiness of stainless steel. You can choose among various models according to your production necessities and space availability. Sofia Semi Automatic with one group and 5 litre boiler; with two groups and 12 litre boiler and last but not less the three group version with 21 litre boiler capacity.
